These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jutbazz platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jutbazz ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). Access to or use of the jutbazz platform — including the casino lobby, sports betting markets, payment cashier, promotional offers, and any associated services — is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the jutbazz platform.

Eligibility & Registration
Only adults aged 18 and above who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling may register and maintain a jutbazz account. One account per person is strictly enforced. Identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
Bonuses & Wagering
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Misuse of bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Fair Play
jutbazz uses independently verified RNG technology across its casino games. Any attempt to exploit software errors, engage in fraudulent play, use automated tools, or collude with other players is a material breach and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jutbazz will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any unauthorised access that results from your failure to protect your credentials is your responsibility.
Responsible Gaming
jutbazz is committed to safe gambling. Deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion are all available from your account dashboard. We reserve the right to enforce responsible gaming measures proactively on any account.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the jutbazz website, registering a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the jutbazz Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of the jutbazz platform regardless of the device or browser used to access the site, including desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets. They apply equally to players accessing the platform via mobile browsers on Android and iOS devices across Bangladesh.
jutbazz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date . Your continued use of the jutbazz platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jutbazz platform and contact our support team at support@jutbazz to request account closure.
2. Age Restriction & Eligibility
The jutbazz platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling activities.
jutbazz operates a mandatory age verification programme. All players are required to provide satisfactory proof of age and identity before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted identity documents include:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
- Valid Bangladeshi passport
- Bangladesh driving licence
- Any other government-issued photo identification document accepted at our sole discretion
In addition to age, the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at all times during your use of the jutbazz platform:
- You are not accessing the platform as a professional player acting in the course of a business
- You are not acting on behalf of another individual as their agent or representative
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of jutbazz or any of its affiliated game suppliers
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order at jutbazz or any other gambling platform from which you have voluntarily excluded yourself
- You have not previously had a jutbazz account closed for breach of these Terms
jutbazz strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. Recommended tools include internet filtering software and browser-level content controls available on major Android and iOS devices used across Bangladesh.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full features of the jutbazz platform — including the casino lobby, sports betting markets, and the payment cashier — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you agree to the following conditions:
- One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jutbazz account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or overlapping accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds.
- Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account maintenance: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details up to date. Changes to your email address, mobile number, or residential address must be communicated to support promptly. jutbazz is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
- Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jutbazz account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jutbazz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact support immediately.
- Account non-transferability: Your jutbazz account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any other individual or entity.
jutbazz reserves the right to require identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, following unusual betting patterns, or when required to satisfy our internal compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the jutbazz platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players across Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
- Bank Transfer: Direct transfer from City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi banks
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jutbazz account balance in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. jutbazz does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own service charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time are typically processed to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within 10 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three working days depending on the receiving bank. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Your account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal can be processed
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated in the cashier at the time of the request
- Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn
- jutbazz reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers high value or unusual
Currency and Conversion: All balances, stakes, winnings, bonuses, and transaction limits are denominated in BDT. jutbazz does not hold player funds in foreign currencies. If your bKash or Nagad account is denominated in BDT, no conversion applies. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
jutbazz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion page at the time the offer is claimed. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration process and, where required, passed initial KYC verification
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless the offer specifically states otherwise
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full
- Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable real-money funds
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the specific game contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms
- Bonuses expire if not claimed within the time window stated in the promotion, and bonus balances that remain unwagered at the end of the bonus validity period will be removed from the account without replacement
- jutbazz reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular gameplay, hedging bets, using multiple accounts, or any strategy that jutbazz determines to be contrary to the spirit of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. In such cases jutbazz may void the bonus, remove any associated winnings, and close the account.
6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
jutbazz is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable platform for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks on deposits that were used to place bets, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits
- Money Laundering: Using the jutbazz platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to cycle funds through the platform with no genuine intention to gamble
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with the platform in a way that is not fully manual and human-driven
- Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the jutbazz software or in any game provided by a third-party studio. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error are void
- Identity Misrepresentation: Registering under a false name, providing falsified identity documents, or impersonating any other person
- Duplicate Accounts: As stated in Section 3, operating more than one jutbazz account is prohibited regardless of the reason
jutbazz employs real-time fraud detection and monitoring systems. Unusual betting patterns, rapid account activity, and payment anomalies are flagged automatically and reviewed by our security team. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally in matters involving suspected criminal activity conducted through the platform.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your jutbazz account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jutbazz. Upon closure request, your account will be deactivated and any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures. Pending bonus balances that have not satisfied wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary account closure.
Suspension or Closure by jutbazz: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period
- Reasonable belief that the account holder is under the age of 18
- Account inactivity in accordance with our dormancy policy
- Compliance with a lawful order from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve consecutive months. jutbazz will attempt to contact you using your registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to your account. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and all other cities across Bangladesh are subject to the same dormancy policy.
8. Responsible Gaming
jutbazz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that online casino gaming and sports betting should be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, a means of recovering losses, or an activity that causes harm. In accordance with this commitment, the following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no charge:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings directly from your account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure automated alerts that notify you when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and marketing communications are suspended.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account under a self-exclusion arrangement. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period and can be requested via your account dashboard or by contacting support@jutbazz.
jutbazz staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact players whose account activity suggests that gambling may be causing harm. We reserve the right to impose responsible gaming measures — including forced cooling-off periods or mandatory deposit limit reductions — on any account where we have reasonable concern for the player's wellbeing.
